These Terms of Sale apply when you purchase products from Lemur Masion through lemurmasion.com. Please read them before ordering. Our Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service form part of these terms. Mandatory consumer law always prevails where it provides greater protection.

Product information
Key product characteristics, available variants, dimensions, materials, price, and availability are shown on the product page and at checkout. Please review your selected product, size, material, frame, color, quantity, and delivery address before ordering. Reasonable color differences may occur because of screen settings and production processes, but products must still conform to the description and applicable law.
Prices, taxes, and import charges
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the Site or at checkout. The final product price, delivery charge, and any tax collected by us are shown before you submit the order. For international deliveries, the recipient may owe import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges unless checkout expressly says they are included or prepaid.
Placing and accepting an order
When you submit an order, you offer to buy the selected products under these terms. The initial order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We accept the order when we send a fulfillment or shipping confirmation, or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance for a legitimate reason, such as unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, an obvious price error, shipping restriction, or legal requirement. If payment has been taken for an order we do not accept, we will refund it.
Payment
You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the total displayed at checkout using your selected payment method. Payment authorization and fraud checks may occur before acceptance. You are responsible for supplying complete and accurate payment and billing information.
Production and changes
Many products are printed or produced after ordering. Contact us immediately if you need a change or cancellation. We will try to assist but cannot guarantee changes after production begins. This does not limit any statutory cancellation right.
Delivery
We deliver to the address accepted at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed date. Risk of accidental loss or damage passes to a consumer when the consumer, or a person designated by the consumer other than the carrier, takes physical possession, unless applicable law provides otherwise. Returns, cancellation, and refunds
Return eligibility, statutory withdrawal rights, damaged or incorrect items, and refund timing are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Contact us before sending any return so we can provide the correct instructions and return address.
Conformity and statutory warranties
We are responsible for providing goods that conform to the contract and for remedies required by applicable consumer law. If a product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or materially different from its description, contact us promptly with your order number and supporting photographs where possible. Any voluntary warranty is additional to, and does not replace, statutory rights.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, or for delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in this section limits remedies for non-conforming goods or other mandatory consumer rights.
Governing law and disputes
