Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of lemurmasion.com and the services offered by Lemur Masion (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you purchase a product, our Terms of Sale, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy also apply.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer rights that apply where you live.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement under the law that applies to you. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping account credentials confidential. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.

Products and information

We try to display product descriptions, colors, dimensions, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings and production methods can cause reasonable differences in color or appearance. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or discontinue products. Material product characteristics and the final price are shown before checkout.

Orders and payments

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline it for legitimate reasons, including availability, suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing error, shipping restriction, or legal obligation. Payment must be made using an accepted method. Additional transaction terms are set out in our Terms of Sale.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content—including text, graphics, logos, layouts, photographs, product designs, and software—are owned by or licensed to Lemur Masion and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Site only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. No right or license is granted except the limited right to use the Services under these Terms.

Prohibited use

You must not use the Services to violate law or another person’s rights; submit false or misleading information; transmit malware; interfere with Site security or operation; scrape or harvest data without authorization; impersonate another person; engage in fraud; or use the Site or its content for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Customer content and feedback

If you submit reviews, images, feedback, or other content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and that the content is lawful, accurate, and does not infringe another person’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt, and display that content for operating, improving, and promoting the Services. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law. You keep ownership of your content.

Third-party services and links

The Services may use or link to third-party services, including payment, delivery, social-media, and analytics providers. Their separate terms and policies may apply. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, but this does not affect responsibility that cannot be excluded by law.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services for maintenance, security, legal, or business reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Where a change materially affects an accepted order, your mandatory rights and the agreed order terms remain protected.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not make warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. This disclaimer does not exclude statutory guarantees or remedies for defective or non-conforming goods.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lemur Masion is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the agreement was formed. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or breach of mandatory consumer rights. For business customers only, our aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, except where law requires otherwise.

Termination

We may restrict or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Services, or create a security or legal risk. Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections or the right to bring proceedings available under the law of your habitual residence. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.

General terms

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights or obligations without our consent; we may transfer ours as part of a business reorganization or transfer, provided your rights are not reduced. These Terms, together with policies incorporated by reference, form the agreement concerning use of the Services.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively. The version in effect when an order is accepted governs that order unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise. Continued use of the Site after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
